- Go to the Vivetool GitHub. Make sure to download the latest version available to get all the latest features. Download the Vivetool zip file to your computer.
- Double-click the downloaded zip file to open it in Explorer. Then click the “Extract All” button.
- Once the contents are extracted, copy the path to the folder where Vivetool is located.
- Press the Windows + X keys on your keyboard to open the Power User menu and select Command Prompt (Admin) or Windows PowerShell (Admin).
- At the command prompt, navigate to the Vivetool folder using the previously copied path after the “cd” command. For example: “cd C:\path\to\the\ViveTool-xxx\folder” (replace “xxx” with the actual version of Vivetool you downloaded).
- To enable the hidden energy statistics feature, run the command “vivetool /enable /id:44663396,44663406” at the command prompt and press “Enter”. This will enable new energy statistics in Windows 11.
- After activating the new energy stats, restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
