Microsoft appears to be moving towards integrating ChatGPT 4, the latest version of its conversational AI, into its Bing search engine. After announcing a multi-billion dollar deal with Open AI, the company behind ChatGPT, Microsoft seems ready to take the next step.

Several users have noticed that the famous AI has appeared directly in the search engine.this has been reported Windows Centralciting a media post by Owen Yin in particular, where you can see some screenshots before the feature disappeared.

The new Bing that changes everything

This new version is clearly identified by Microsoft as the “New Bing”. The search bar will be replaced with a chat window like ChatGPT. So the user will have 1000 characters for him to create a request.

Unlike ChatGPT, this new Bing can access information collected on the Internet. Search engines provide sources of that information in the form of highlighted phrases.

Of course, whether it’s creative writing or the ability to respond as if it were a real conversation, you’ll find great qualities in ChatGPT. The chatbot will also suggest additional questions to continue the discussion afterwards.

If you don’t like this way of searching, you should still be able to use the good old search bar from the tabs at the top.

If you’re interested in this novelty, a waitlist was created at bing.com/new, which is now closed. The Redmond company hasn’t communicated anything about the timetable for this novelty.
